Movie Reviews
This film looks wonderful and has a certain atmosphere that warmed me to the characters and at first the story line. Flawless performances from Mr Rickman and Ms Winslett; their scenes together are little gems. I felt Winslett's part was inadequate in terms of character foundation. The clarification of her disturbed past felt like an after thought and rushed. By now I felt little compassion and felt a bit deceived. I think about whether certain key scenes had been erased to fit the time-scale permitted. So perhaps the title, A little Chaos, is truly fitting. General a sweet film and I would watch it again on television for the scenes that I truly did appreciate.
