storyline
The 17-year-old Sean Anderson swallows a coded signal and his stepfather Hank assists him to decipher the meaning. They find that Sean's grand daddy Alexander Anderson has found the mysterious island within the Pacific described by Jules Verne and two other writers into their stories. The stubborn Sean needs to go to the coordinates and Hank decides to buy the tickets and tourism while using the teenager to a small island nearby the placement. They rent an old helicopter owned because of the locals Gambado and his young daughter Kailani as well as the group heads to the not known spot. Along their journey, they cross a hurricane and crash within the island. They find a gorgeous and daring place, surrounded by simply forests, volcanoes with lava of gold and menacing life forms. They also meet the older Alexander and Hank discovers the island is sinking. Now their only chance to survive is to find the well-known Nautilus.Movie Reviews
By means of Hoopster (Helotes, Texas USA)This movie has some fantastic 3D effects! Sure some of the little one pranks are in here it has expansive scenes where the stream and landscape become part of the living room. I think the home 3D was better than your theaters. My kids have already saw it multiple times and enjoyed the special features within the Blu-ray. I would list it as a buy if you love 3D and hate that most movies it is an afterthought rather than some sort of focus. My only complaint is this insistence to produce the digital copy ultraviolet... this sucks! They even now have many warnings on the cover saying it's not necessarily an iTunes digital copy... get up... we want iTunes/windows digital copy we can carry no matter each of our connection speed.

Juvenile action films should have Dwayne Johnson (formerly The Rock) within the cast. He has an unique charm that spoofs his image and seems enormously likable. This time around he treats us to the dancing pecks (yes, you understand that right! ) and a ukulele-accompanied version of "What a fantastic World, " but his focus is kid-friendly family fare. No disagreement here! And Amazon. com offers family fare!
To make a great island this mysterious, Director Brad Peyton ("Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore") is once again using a lot of Computer Generated Imaging. How else can we've puppy-sized elephants and honeybees big enough to ride?

(REAL NAME) My 7 yr old daughter and 4 yr old son absolutely loved this specific movie. In fact, they couldn't lose time waiting for it to come out about DVD. I liked it as well. It was exactly what When i expected and..... It was a thrilling time. No academy awards on this one, but I knew that going into. Listen to us 5 superstar raters..... it is worth your purchase. What were the individuals who rated this one as inadequate expecting? I mean..... Really?
